SSA Registered as Charity with the ACNC

The Australian Charities and Not for Profits Commission (ACNC) has confirmed the registration of the SSA as a registered charity. For more information on the ACNC and to view the national register of charities please go to acnc.gov.au. 

The SSA committee advises that the SSA’s application to become a ‘Health Promotion Charity’ with DGR status has been approved! Therefore, in addition to your membership fees being deductible, any donation you may choose to make to the SSA’s Early Career development fund is also able to be claimed as a tax deduction.
